My stay at the Sercohotel Les Torres was a mixed experience. The rooms were to a high standard, putting some 5-star hotels to shame with modern decor, but we encountered some initial issues that led to us transferring to a better hotel near Plaza Mayor. The tired and small rooms were a downside, but the ultra-modern feel was impressive.

The rooms here are truly luxurious and modern, to a standard that surpasses many 5-star hotels. However, we initially had problems with a flooded bathroom, which prompted us to transfer to a different hotel nearby. The rooms themselves felt a bit tired and small.

The service at Sercohotel Les Torres was a bit hit and miss. Initially, the staff seemed distant when I sat at the bar, but they quickly rectified any issues by moving us to another room. Overall, during our 4-week trip, they were helpful and informative.

Despite the slight noise from guests upstairs, the hotel's location was very convenient, making it easy to pop in and out while exploring Salamanca's main attractions. The easy walking distance to most sights was a definite bonus.

While the dining experience was pleasant, with homemade sweets to enjoy, the lack of variety like different breads and natural juices was noticeable. Breakfast starting at 7:30 may be inconvenient for early risers.

I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms were comfortable, but I had to deal with water pipe noises during the night. The location was excellent, right in the center of all attractions, but the service was disappointing at times. The dining options were good overall, but some items were not up to par. The facilities were decent, but there were a few issues that affected my stay.
